Additional Endorsements

Future teachers at K-State have the opportunity to expand their teaching credentials through additional endorsements. Maybe you will work in a district with a high population of English Language Learners, or you have an interest in working with students with special needs. Either way, K-State offers the courses to ensure your success in these fields.

English as a Second Language

For those who want to teach full-time in an ESL classroom or for those who just want to add the endorsement to their license.

Special Education

Provisional license allows you to teach for up to 2 years in a special education classroom while working on graduate courses to complete a master’s in special education.

Middle School

Elementary majors who may have interest in teaching upper levels can test up to add the middle level endorsement.
