Accreditation

Our college embraces accreditation as a primary means of assuring the profession that we meet its highest standards.

Kansas State University is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA).

The Professional Education Unit at Kansas State University is accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) and the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE). The next review of the Professional Education Unit will take place in 2023 under standards by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).

The Counseling Education program is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).
