This organization is the host group for prospective student events sponsored by the College of Education. It is composed of no more than 30 selected members. The purpose of Ambassadors is to promote teaching as a career, the College of Education, and Kansas State University. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and at least four semesters remaining at K-State. Apply February/March in Bluemont 013.

The student council for the College of Education is called the Education Council. It is composed of elected members, College of Education senators, and faculty advisors.
Students in the teacher education program may join KNEA-SP. Members receive several monthly publications from the national and state offices. Members are also covered by liability insurance when they are in the schools observing or working with students.

Kappa Delta Pi, the international honor society in education, fosters excellence in education and promotes fellowship among those dedicated to teaching.

Open to all Music Education students at K-State. Benefits of membership include educational journals, networking, educational opportunities and supplementary memberships in other music-related groups. Meetings feature guest speakers of professionals in the field of Music Education. The group also puts on fundraisers, provides free tutoring for music classes and hosts Future Music Educator's Day for high school students interested in majoring in Music Education.
