Greetings from the new Kansas Educational Leadership Institute (KELI)!

KELI is a partnership formed by Kansas School Superintendents Association, United School Administrators, Kansas Leadership Center, Kansas Association of School Boards, Kansas State Department of Education and Kansas State University to support the development of executive leadership in Kansas Schools. While you will contact us at Kansas State University, KELI services will be delivered at various locations across the state. Our first priority in this initial year of operation will be the mentor/induction program for first year superintendents. This will include on-site mentoring for them and opportunities to learn from successful practitioners and experts in our field, which will also be open to others.
