Marsha A. Gladhart, Editor
Marsha is a doctoral candidate in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Educational Computing, Design, and Telecommunications. She is currently Coordinator of Educational Computing in the College of Education at Wichita State University and Project Director of a Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to use Technology grant at WSU. Kevin Kramer
Kevin M. Kramer is a Curriculum and Instruction doctoral student specializing in the Educational Computing, Design, and Telecommunications program in the College of Education. He is currently a Continuing Education Instructor at Manhattan Area Technical College teaching courses on the Internet and Web Page Design. His areas of interest and research include: Internet usage and web page design; Advertising on the WWW; Visual Literacy; Media Literacy; and Gender issues in computer technology. Pedro is a graduate student in Curriculum & Instruction with a specialization in Educational Computing, Design, and Telecommunications in the College of Education, Kansas State University. Marlene Sedillos Marlene is a Doctorate Candidate in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Educational Computing, Design and Telecommunications at Kansas State University.   She teaches for Barton County Community College at Fort Riley.  Marlene's educational background includes a master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education. Marlene may be reached at mks7039@ksu.edu.

Mohammed Zakari
Mohammed helped in the original design of this journal. He completed is PhD in Curriculum & Instruction with a specialization in Educational Computing, Design and Telecommunications before this first issue was launched. Mark Viner
Mark is working toward a Doctorate in Educational Computing, Design and Telecommunications at Kansas State University. His area of specialization includes designing interactive multimedia productions and science education. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant his duties include assisting undergraduates in the use of educational technology. Mark's educational background includes Visual Communications, Biology and the Natural Science, and Educational Technology and Instructional Design.
