HEP Eligibility
You are eligible if you:
• Have been employed or your parents have been employed in migrant or seasonal farmwork for at least 75 days in the past 24 months
• Do not have a high school diploma or the equivalent of one
• Are not currently in school
• Are at least 16 years old
• Demonstrate adequate English reading skills
• Need academic help, the support services and financial aid offered to earn the equivalent of a high school diploma and to move on to college, vocational school, trade school, or employment
