Mike S. Ribble
Mike Ribble serves as the Instructional Services Coordinator for the College of Education at Kansas State University. He has worked as a Network Manager at Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska. He was an Assistant Principal and before that a science teacher at Bishop Carroll High School, in Wichita, Kansas. Mike holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration, from Kansas State and one in Management Information Systems, from Friends University.

Dr. Gerald D. Bailey
Dr. Gerald D. Bailey is professor of Educational Leadership in the College of Education at Kansas State University. His area of specialties is technology leadership and staff development. Prior to earning his doctorate at the University of Nebraska, he worked as a classroom teacher, demonstration teacher, and supervisor in the Lincoln Public Schools in Lincoln, Nebraska.
He is the author of over 200 journal articles, ten books, and numerous book chapters in the areas of technology leadership and staff development. His most recent book is published by ISTE-- Administrative Solutions for Handheld Technology in Schools.
